Just a "heads up" that the pins holding your rollers on the bottom of the brake shoes are in backwards. The cotters should be toward the outside of the shoe. The "head" of the pin should be located on the roller track, and rides on the roller track as the shoes move in and out. You should also double-check the tracks (the "ears") that the pins ride on to make sure they are flat on top and don't have grooves worn in them. That inhibits the head of the pins from moving back and forth smoothly. You should see a great improvement to your brake adjustment and braking if you take care of that little detail. Check the rear also. Model A's are the best!

What Rusty says is critical but not intuitive to most of us. I was also wondering if you needed to shim the king pin at all.
