Korean Sausage Stir fry by Chef Jia Choi

Korean style sausage stir fry is a popular side dish. Ketchup and soy sauce creates a new flavor that goes well with sausages. This recipe is a great way to have sausages as a side dish.

Ingredients
200g sausage
1/4 onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cooking oil

Instructions
1. Slice the sausage into half inch thick. Chop the onion
2. Add cooking oil and in the pan and add the sausages and onion to the pan. Stir fry until sausages are lightly browned. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of ketchup. Lower the heat and cook for additional 2 minutes.
3. It can be served as a side dish with cooked rice or can be added in a lunchbox.
