The way he could've said "no" and left it at that, but the second he said "female" we all knew

If his stats are so much worse when he's playing with women, theres a damn good chance that its a self-fulfilling prophecy. If he believes women make his games worse, then he'll play worse with women. It's just an endless cycle that feeds into itself.

But the biggest issue is just the lack of self-accountability and, obviously, the lack of consideration for others.

A reminder that being toxic is just someone deliberately nerfing their own team

Funny I see this cause I just got accused of being a racist the other day because our tank threw and then I complained about it, so the next game he somehow ended up in even tho I avoided him, he came in and told everyone I was a racist streamer and said the n word.

The sad thing about this is that if you are playing competitive in the same lobby as someone, and you are solo queueing, that generally means that you have the same MMR as them. So the women he is complaining about are just as good at the game as him. He’s just taking his anger out on his teammates instead of being a responsible adult and stepping away from the game to cool off.
