I'm sure it's super productive digging those out of there when they break too.

Зачем я прикрываю глаза боясь что в них попадёт стружка 😂😂😂

Great tool idea! 😅 I bet sometimes, the cutting head of that tool, can be quite difficult to change, as I'm sure the threads are made so that they get tighter, as they cut. With that logic, I'm assuming for any tooling that spins counter clockwise, you have shanks threaded the opposite way? I honestly HIGHLY DOUBT this application would be applicable to high speed, heavy material removal. Even with the threads opposing the forces applied between the work and spindle turning, harmonics could easily cause the business end to vibrate loose, and just explode the tool.

Being a Swiss CNC setup man, I love seeing these milling vids.

Про точность в соточку можно забыть, но удобно.

You get what you pay for, the rigidity of these machines is way above cheap ones, zero chatter on nice machines

I hated slitting saws. Maybe Tungaloy can change my mind. 👍🤙❤️

I'm a tool and die maker. Does anyone actually sharpen cutters anymore? This is so cool.

Looks cool. But how do you ensure concentricity/position?

Can you trust a thread to locate the tool on the center axis of the arbor? Wont the tool have runout and you’ll no longer be able to trust the diameter of the tool or get precise parts

Omg yep next item for my wish list 4 to be safe maybe more

I would honestly question the runout on a tool like that

Don't you have to level the tool before you use it so the machine knows the tool height

seems like more engineering than necessary. those threads make the tool more expensive. I don't even want to know what it looks like when one fails.

What do you do control the runout on something like this when manufacturing it

Always been wondering why holding tools systems were so complicated...
