just so you know, the "wet" effect is not limited to gear or other skills. It means that it works with the environment, meaning that if in the game is raining, all your skills that say "plus damage to wet enemies" will do just that because its raining and all mobs are "wet". Similar with other effects that has something to do with the elements and the environment. Its pretty cool if you ask me.

How you allocate ur points depends on the type of playstyle u want. For example if u wanna be a pure clutch healer than put all ur points in to intelligence but ur attack skills will be lacking a lot of damage or you may wanna put points into perception too to help increase debuffs and buffs chance and duration

Tbh you can make high dps wand staff build with points in dex and perception and non in inteligence

There will be support classes ? Buffers, healers, classes to only aoe cc/debuff like warlord in lineage 2. I only like to play melee support class since l2 c1.

There is an error in one of the things you said, before the weapons were linked to a stat that gave them damage, that is no longer the case since the last beta, now all the stats still have some type of damage to all the weapons

Dex- critical hit and evasion
Perception- off hand weapon chance, effect chance, effect duration.
Intelligence- mana increase, mana recovery speed, skill cool down,

Bro, you should seriously delve deeper into the topic before making an informed video, all the information on the skills and data that you gave is from the May beta, most of the skills were changed and many other elements as well, this video is not informing nothing real currently. I'm not saying this as a hater, if you want I can provide you with the data on the new skills and the most updated things.

I'm not seeing anything new or revolutionary here. It's all just business as usual. The same old formulas that have come and gone recycled in a new game. I'd love to be proven wrong and this is some kind of second coming. Unfortunately, statistically I'm more likely to be correct. It seems that we're bumping on the ceiling of human intellect as currently even the brightest talent is unable to improve the mmorpg genre. Maybe by some miracle AI will advance to the point where human limitations are no longer an issue.
