People who get caught up and mad at other people end up being miserable and blame other people for their misery. No, no, no. _You_ did that by your negative reactions to anything you perceived as negative. You can also have a positive reaction to negative behaviors/outcomes, etc. It’s all a choice. What will you choose today?
