b) Configure Database Connection
c) Create Models and View Models
d) Configure AutoMapper Profile

3) Create and Configure User Services
i) Create new user service
ii) Create user authenticate service
iii) Create get User Profile by User Id

4) Create New Api Controller and Inject dependency as User Services
i) Create POST method for new User Registration
ii) Create POST method for user authenticate
iii) Create GET method for get user details by user id
