Sewers Club is the only subscription service I belong to. I love them because, as you said, you can give them guidelines on what you want, and you don't end up with some things that you'll never use. I like that you also can choose the frequency of the box, and the number of fabrics. Great subscription!

I do not subscribe to very many monthly boxes, but I DO receive the Sewers Club stash-building box like you showed - only I get the box with 15 fat quarters, and I have never been disappointed in any fabric they have included. Surprised, yes, but not disappointed. I think it is also a good value for the cost and the quality of the fabrics. I am not interested in the "standard" subscription boxes that include thread, patterns, projects, notions, etc. - at this point, I'm ONLY interested in the fabrics, which is one reason I like this subscription box so much. If your preferences change, you can contact them and let them know and they will change them for you. (Last time I looked, you could not do that yourself online. But they have very good customer service.) I make mostly scrappy quilts, so I am always very happy with the FQs they select for me, as I have not yet found any fabric I cannot use for SOMETHING. Every month I say that I am going to challenge myself to make a lap quilt using every FQ in the Sewers Club box, no matter what they send that month, but every month so far, I break up the set of 15 FQs because there are always a few FQs that would go perfectly in other projects I am working on. But one of these months, I'm going to do it! LOL

If I remember correctly, Sewers Club is a Canadian company. I have about 4 Sewers Club boxes and I cancelled my subscription because I’m a beginner-ish sewist (probably what I’d call advanced beginner—I can make things from tutorials but can’t use a pattern to save my life) and the projects were just too involved/advanced for me. I didn’t see any options when I set up my Sewers Club subscription, so maybe that’s new. Will have to go back and look.

Are you allowed to change what you would like in your box? I ask because I may change my tastes or realize I don’t actually like something that I thought I did, etc. also are you able to switch from half yard box to a fat quarter box or Vice versa when I’d like to change? (Of course allowing time for the changes to take place…)
