Learning to Fly - Lesson 8: Touch My Helmet? #shorts

Here's a clip from my 8th lesson, 3rd flight. My instructor is trying to help free up my range of arm motions. He is trying to teach me how to fly primarily with my torso. So, he tells me (shows me) to put my hand on my head! LOL! You can't see my expression, but I'm like "what?!" It doesn't compute at first. "You want me to do what? You want me to... put my hand on my head?! That's crazy and unnatural! LOL!" It felt so strange to do, but after I did it, it felt so freeing.

In my lessons, he easily flies with his torso while using hang signals to tell me what to do. He is getting me mentally ready for more super positioning and to be able to begin the process of flying on my back.

I am loving these lessons and am grateful to God for the opportunity!
