My favorite book ever! This book&my skateboard got me through the US Army in the 80's&then again in 2001 when I spent 6 months in rehab shaking off junk jag that ate most of my soul! Stay Free my brothers & sisters! Om Mani Padme Hum...

'Losing control, finding serenity' by Daniel Miller was probably the most transformative book for me. Highly recommend it.

Awesome video! Physiology books are also fun too read because you get to be introspective in a logical distant way.

If you enjoyed meditations, letters from a stoic and shortness of life by Seneca are great as well.
