Actually when crusaders caught Turgut, they forcefully used to give him a drink, which heavily affected his brain and he forgot everything and he even forgot who he was.. And so whatever orders crusaders gave him, Turgut would follow that.. So Kurdoglu, Suleyman Shah's brother, collabed with the enemies i.e. crusaders and used Turgut for killing Suleyman Shah and his family...
