Airbnb Review: Sonder New Orleans Apartment Tour

• Sonder did not provide the apartment that was advertised or that we paid for. It was not the apartment in the photos, and we were forced to look at 3 other apartments and choose one.
• The Sonder apartment did not have streaming TV as advertised, and its very basic cable did not even have CNN, MSNBC, HGTV or other standard cable channels.
• Only 1 out of 5 elevators in the building worked fully. 3 were out of service for the entire month that we stayed there, and another only went up to the very top floor before it would go down to the lobby level. Twice it went completely out of service, which made the only functioning elevator crowded, unsafe and against standards of social distancing.
We advised Sonder management of each of these problems but they were unable to resolve any of them.
The bottom line: Don't believe the photos if you rent from Sonder, and don't expect a quick resolution to your problems!
