Hi guys. The good thing is that now that you are on acreage, you can always have the opportunity (finances permitting) to build a granny flat on the property so that your relatives from the UK can visit and still have their own space. Glad to hear that you're staying.

I lived in Australia for 10 years, mostly sydney, and worked with alot of backpackers from the UK, Europe in construction, pretty much all of them were trying to extend their visas or get citizenship and they would tell me of their lives back home and how much better it was in Australia, I'm from NZ and honestly think you guys made the right move for you and your children, all the best ....

Yep Australia is the best. Like to visit UK to see family but could never live back there. Without pandemic I used to get various family members visit us, every 2-3 years. It is great to show them the beauty of Australia and they love it. They also come for at least a month, so that is great.

32 years and counting. Nope never, ever, ever, ever returning to Blighty to live. Australia is deep, deep in my soul.
I love a sunburnt country, her far horizons and her jewelled sea. I love her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me ( with apologies to Dorothea McKellar for the abridged version of her wonderful poem)

Me, my wife and 2 daughters (3 and 8) are in the process of packing up our lives in the UK and emigrating to Aus in September. Mega excited one day, full of worry the next if we’re doing the right thing! Watching your videos just helps to reassure us we’re doing the right thing, but only time will tell. Great videos guys and it’s great what you’re doing 👌👏🏼

Hello, I just want to say that if you move back to the UK, I think that as a family you would feel very home sick if you know what I mean, Australia needs more people like you
Kind regards, Rusty 🦘🦘😇

This made me chuckle just a bit because we left that beautiful Sunshine Coast three years ago to come to England. However we do agree and won’t stay here forever - this was our adventure to get time with our nieces and nephews over here and travel, along with broadening my nursing experience. We miss the Sunshine Coast so much and really cannot wait to come home although we have decided to stay a little longer here until 2023 before moving home for good. We agree that life is lovely there and seems so much easier than here! We find it much harder to stay motivated to exercise and keep fit I guess because we are so used to being outdoors in the sunshine. Great video FAM 😀

5:20 - Question and answer...done, Ben gets it. lol. Glad you're still enjoying yourselves. Do you guys feel less rushed now than you were before? Is that the key?

As an Aussie I'm really glad to you are stay put. As a Queenslander who was born on the gold coast I'm really starting to appreciate the sunny coast the more I see it through your eyes. It's a more attractive place to settle down. You guys are such a strong family unit and your positive vibes are what we need in this country. Your positive contribution is an example of what made this country GREAT. Im really glad you've found such a great environment to Raise you're kids in a Nd I'm sure they will also add something special to our country. You are Aussies now. I think all Aussies should try to do their little bit to keep this place as somewhere special. It's influence from all different cultures has helped make it a wonderfully unique place where people can be happy and where people try to help others when necessary. Something I love about the poms is their humour and the fact that they don't take themselves to seriously while still being prepared to help each other out.

An early childhood friend of mine moved back to the UK with his parents while we were still in school, as his parents were very much of an older generation who missed "Mother England" when they retired. Well over in the UK he grew up, got married, had kids, and guess where they all are now? back here in Australia!

Australia truly is a great place to bring up children…. Good weather, outdoor beach and bush experiences and able to indulge in sporting activities as well.

Maz is my favourite new fun-loving ‘Aussie’ Chick on Youtube.👍
Ben looks like the Lord of the Manor on his ride on mower and that new haircut makes him look like a professional Aussie Rugby or Aussie Rules Footballer.✅
Your girls look healthy and happy and look like they’re thriving in the beautiful weather with healthy food and an even healthy environment which to grow up in.
Why go back?
Because us born here Aussies won’t let you!!! Your ours now. England will have to fight us for you, and us Aussies love a challenge. 😉🤣

Anyway guys. You’re a breathe of fresh air. Always up. Always positive. Always fun.

Welcome aboard Australia.
You’ll do us proud.
👍

Thank you for your honest review and I wish you both every possible success here in Aus...My wife and I and our four young children emigrated to Aus from the UK back in 1970, we now have 14 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren...We love living here it's a great feeling of freedom and Australia has been good to us..My wife and I have been back to visit family in the UK many times together and individually and to us it's not really like going home in fact when the plane lands back in Aus we have that real feeling of it being our home.

My family moved to Australia as 10 pound poms. Most of our relatives followed, and those who didn’t have always regretted it. Blessed for sure.

Life is what you make of it. After 6 years you are now accustom to the Aussie life style and are set in your ways. You have your own family that you have to look at what is best for them, not what is best for extended family. In this day and age you have internet/and video calling to keep in touch and it doesn’t cost a fortune. So really you have the best of both worlds. Besides you guys would miss the lifestyle you have built for yourselves and family, and where in England could you get the sunshine 365 days a year . Cheers guys

Nice to hear you like it here. Better wearing shorts than rugging up to just go outside.
