Coconut Drops - Mom's Trini Cooking

For this recipe you will need:

3/4 cup of Sun-maid natural rosins
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tsp being powder
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp mixed essence
4 cups of flour
4 cups of shredded unsweetened coconut
3/4 cup of water
1 tsp of butter

Makes 24
