This is the most useless bank on the market. Useless and dishonest. I signed 3 loans and one savings program. For each and every single one of them I found differences between what we had agreed to and the actual expenses. On one of the loans they added 800 euros as 'insurance'. I never ever agreed to that. Beware and go to another bank. A more professional one.
