Price is great for such a house. Only a pity that the living part has no windows. They should have at least put a skylight in.

The obvious plaster joints come free no more to pay...that are in both living area and first bedroom, will also provide some sort off pole so you can open and close window that's behind the fridge, ...

Nice size. Nice finishes. Nice price. Why so few windows? No window in the second bedroom? They put a refrigerator in front of the one window in the kitchen. Very strange.

That's a hard property to market, but you did a good job. 2 bedrooms but just one big bathroom? And that pool filter INSIDE the pool? No stove to cook? Refrigerator in front of the outside window? I would fire the architect, but maybe they didn't have many good choices given the property size. This looks like a vacation condo, not a place to live full time. I think it would also be best if the realtor coaxed the owner to depersonalize the condo, to make it more marketable. (i.e., those yellow chairs are really ugly.) But, the owner certainly has hired the most beautiful marketing agent in all of Thailand, and the price is good.

Very nice place, especially for the price. However, the drywall finishing is pretty rough along the seams. It looks like they did not finish it properly. This is not a big deal though. Love the pool!

For the price it’s a deal I would ask to the developer first one without the pool for more living space .
