Several days ago, we published the teardown video of the brand new Samsung 45W GaN charger.
It's most suitable for Galaxy S22+ and S22 Ultra.
And it also comes with a 5A dual USB-C cable.
Today, we gonna take apart this 100W cable to see what's inside.

Thanks for uploading another very useful and informative cable tear down. The cable is of good quality and quite surprise that the USB-C connector have a seam and the plastic cover is just clip on. Perhaps to reduce the cost. The APPLE charging cable tear down earlier was of higher and better construction. Hopefully the USB-C connector seam don’t open apart and short out the USB-C receptacles in devices. Also the seam will make the power cable USB-C connector structurally weak with repeated use plugging in and plugging out. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Jesus, the way this connector's wired up looks like a fire risk. Looks very cheaply made.
Not only does it look poorly twisted, they also didn't even bother to coat it in epoxy.
