RZ has got me so interested in being presbyterian but because of where I live there's no options. There's not a solid presbyterian church to attend and join locally. I've been providentially hindered from joining. Nothing but Non denoms and gay methodist "churches" where I live. There's Catholics around too. I think there's one Lutheran Church. I love my church though. It's a 1689 baptist church in it's practice but it's pretty much non denom.

As a born and raised Presbyterian (PCA) now in her 20s, me and my family have been not allowed to join reformed Baptist churches because of our baptism 😭. They're 2/3rds Calvinists, think they're the best denomination (despite our PCA superior theology) and have concerning eschatology...need I say more?

Most of this I say out of disappointment for the global church's disparities but also, non-members because of our baptism?...I don't understand 😔

So you both do not believe in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit? Wow, what happened to love your neighbor or 1 Corinthians 1:10: "Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment". Confession, repentance and humbling yourself before good is for yourself. You do not want to be the one who when Jesus says "depart from me, I never knew you."

Bunk on Presbyterian theology being superior ! I don't know what a reformed Baptist is, but you folks practically worship Calvin. Calvin was an imperfect man. The very suggestion that God would deliberately create people just for hell is monstrous. God is NOT a monster ! I'm still not sure how protestant denominations that baptize infants convey that that baptism does not make them a Christian, if they even attempt or succeed doing that, but I was baptized as an infant and I was taught it was my ticket to heaven. It was a HUGE stumbling block to overcome. It is only by God's grace that I learned why I felt such intense 'cosmic loneliness.'
