if you have any problem with error code 1, just try this method below,
1) uninstall your emulator
2) search System Config in in the search bar, go to boot section enable the safe mode and restart
3) then delete all temp files in c, (WIN + R, search temp, then delete all files in that temp, go to the users in c and select your user, go to appdata "C:\Users\ "username" \AppData\" and delete a folder named tencent, in ("Local, LocalLow, Roaming"),
4)
again follow 2 nd step disable the safe mode and restart, then again install the tencent emulator and change the location where you install,

it will work 100%.

Bro finally I have saved from these problem !!!! But I observed that we should disable windows 8 in compability and continue with bat file and then if we restart it works!!!
