So glad to see at least Brian started wearing gloves half way through! How your hands aren’t full of splinters, amazes me! 😀

I love that you can just go outside and cut the lumber you need! The frame of the turret is awesome! A work of art. Wow what a wicked wind!

WOW that is some wicked wind sounds and had to make the work even more challenging. I do hope the membrane on the other roofs comes through the storm intact. TFS

Dan don’t forget to put your wall plate truss clips to hold down the big trusses so they don’t move screwing them is not sufficient you can buy these clips at the merchants. Annual also may want to consider using some anchor straps galvanised 1500 long on your big main trusses drilled and screw to the wall all the way down the block work helps to stop sideways moment. When you get it covered in and tiled, it will be like a big wind sale. It’s not like a traditional roof. you doing extremely well? Good luck to you.

We in Aotearoa know about the adverse weather conditions. After going through Cyclone Gabriel. We are all still banding together in local communities, helping to put our infrastructure back. It has to be better, for future Cyclones & other adverse weathering conditions. Torrential rain, all that. On the opposite spectrum, the adverse heat conditions. Fires breaking out throughout the globe.
Dan, great suggestions from the Engineers & builders in your fan base. I would heed their words. They've got the experience, years if it, & I know the weather systems are going to get worse...So reinforcing your turret would be the best scenario. You would want to go through rebuilding everything.
Much love & light team.
Yous ROCK!🤟 ...& definitely know how to ROLL!😁
🙏❤
