Dua Lipa - We're Good - Cover - Giusy Ferrigno - Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy

I have been working with my student Giusy Ferrigno for some time now, and we were finally able to get back into the studio to record some more challenging music.

One artist that is deceptively challenging is Dua Lipa (this can also be said of Pink, Lady Gaga, and a few others).

It's not that these artists focus on crazy range or insane vocal licks etc., it's the way they express their music that makes them challenging.

Dua Lipa is no exception.

Giusy and I chose the song "We're Good".

And while I know it has received quite a bit of backlash, plagiarizing songs such as "Mr. Tambourine Man" by Bob Dylan and Donovan's "Sunshine Superman" (and in fairness didn't Iron Butterfly rip this same song off as well with In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida?), we thought it was an extremely catchy song worth visiting!
