Comments are making fun of this guy for working on ads in Palo Alto, but I guarantee he’s earning well over $200k at Amazon now. Almost everyone else Kahn Academy interviewed outside of tech was earning $100k or less in California with the exception of the nurse specialist.

yes but your location is palo alto, half your salary goes to rent. your like middle class with that salary

Senior Software Engineers can expect to make less than half of that in Europe depending on their specialisation.
