Please can you help me: I have a problem with the isteady v3 gimbal. I turn it on, then I turn ON the AI tracker, but the red led doesn't light and the green led doesn't light either. The cold and warm light of the AI tracker work, but the red or green led does not. What can I do? Is there any configuration missing in the HOHEM JOY application or the device is definitely damaged.
