Nigeria's Fuel Price Hike: SERAP Urges Tinubu to Act

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has called on President Bola Tinubu to instruct the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) to reverse the recent petrol price hike within one month, pending a lawsuit challenging the legality of this increase. SERAP's Deputy Director, Kolawole Oluwadare, highlighted concerns that the price rise could severely impact Nigeria's most vulnerable citizens and undermine constitutional integrity.
