In this video, we show you some different properties in Colima, Mexico.
We visit three houses with our friends from FEYTE Inmobiliaria.
The first house we’re looking at is a modern house in a private residential neighborhood. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a big living room and kitchen. It also has a small swimming pool for the summer months in Mexico.

The second house is located in a more middle-class neighborhood, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This house has high ceilings in the living room and dining room, which make for a cooler house.

And the last house is a beautiful Colima Style house with a fountain in the middle of the inner courtyard, three bedrooms around, a huge kitchen and dining room, and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. This house also has a gorgeous backyard with a patio and plenty of room for a garden.

Colima is a beautiful part of Mexico.... We have decided to make this our home within the next few months. We found a nice home in an even less known area called Suchitlan. Couple factors for us was the weather is cooler and the price was more in line with our budget. We will be renting which of course would recommend over buying. The third home is just beautiful! So colorful and full of details like the tiles in the bathroom. The first two homes look like they were purchased at IKEA.

A family member has been retired in Mexico for 24 years; first several years in Ciudad Guzman, then a couple more in Comala, and now for 18 years in Suchitlan! Visited many, many times and love the region. I prefer the traditional Colima style home you showed for rent in Cuauhtemoc!
