ASMR Page Turning Through Homer's 'Iliad' • No Talking

#asmrpageturning
Shortly before Christmas, I discovered this 1950s edition of Homer's "Iliad and Odyssey" in the local thrift store. Unfortunately, it has no illustrations, so I printed some out. They give you something more interesting to look at than just weird, Dutch words and a pair of hands.
As you probably expected, this is another ASMR slow page turning video. 🙂 This time featuring matte pages, which are definitely underrated, especially when they're yellowed and smell of cigars and leather like these ones. 🙂
You'll see me flip the pages of the epic poem "The Iliad", which starts off with the kidnapping of a priest's daughter by king Agamemnon. Kings wouldn't be able to pull that off, nowadays. Or would they? 🤔
Tomorrow, I'm posting a version of this video in which I'm reading book 1 of the "Iliad', trying not to break my tongue pronouncing impossible Greek names.
τα λέμε αύριο! ❤ (see you tomorrow - thank you Google Translate)
Thanks for watching and, in general, just for being here. It means a lot.
Take good care of yourself. - ❤ Kat
