At the end of August, I started Keto Diet and OMAD (One Meal A Day), I did this for 3 weeks and I saw so much improvement but I was motivated to keep going. During the keto and omad I lost around 5kg. Then for the next Month and a half, I was eating healthy but I was eating very little even though I was eating junk food. Then at the start of November, I started counting calories, my limit is 1500 calories but I mostly eat 1200-1300 calories a day and twice a week I try to keep it under 500 calories. I have been going for a month and a half and there has been a huge improvement, I can finally wear size S. And on the 17th of December I started jogging, one the first day I ran 2 miles, the second day I ran 5.5 miles and the third day I ran 5 miles and while jogging I'm also doing exercise from an app.

My start weight:86Kg
Current weight: 72kg

I'm gonna start in January (but not 5 miles per day)... great music by the way. Took me back to the 70s (when I was born). Great job!

I ran 10km a day 150km a month

Still my wait is at 69kg 5'4"
