Alright so in this video I tried to redesign the Lego Mario theme with a traditional minifigure design and even a pretty convincing set. I wanted to see how real customers feedback compares to online feedback so I went to the Lego store and did a social experiment. Basically I bought a bunch of Lego sets and told people they could pick one to take home. If they chose a real set, they got to take it. If they chose the fake set, they got to pick any of the others. It went way differently than I expected!

I think he may have forgotten that part of the bad design is for the electronics.
Also, he can get Lego to sell this, but he needs to upload it to their website and have it get voted on.

what sucks is showing up in the store with a fake set, asking customers which one to get, then probably leaving them to try to find the set you asked them about, only for them to not be able to find it.

Your version is what us Lego fans are really craving❤❤❤✨ It's gotten so bad that we have used Pinocchios face with a cap to create a makeshift Mario. Some parents are buying the current terrible terrible Mario sets to their small kids, because there are no alternatives. Most of them end up trying to sell them online later, because the kids don't really like them once they get them. I have seen them in stores which are struggling to give them away on ridiculous offers at this point! 😮

If I had to give a theory based off observations, I would say Nintendo asked them to put interactive elements in to appeal to kids more honestly, given how things were with the Mario Movie and how hands on they were with that.
