It's probably worth it but ... its so random you better be selling and then buy gear ... the amount of ores i farmed would account for around 800g for the blues and 2000g for the red with 2800g you can buy a better full set than what i got ...

I think those cobalt light foots are the best possible item to make as well through crafting for many classes due to it being the best possible base MS on a pair of boots. Though I have found that crafting gear for the caster classes tends to be best. Totally not the say all of the rolling system but it seems that the majority of the time you are going to have caster stats on piece of gear and in the case of cleric the majority of non caster attribute rolls at very least have some small usefulness as well. Where as rolling caster stats on the non casting classes is just a dead roll, which I think is a questionable outcome of game design.

That full set is actually decent for a rogue for 1 attempt at each item. You got +str, +physical damage, +magical damage (good for your poison) and the other rolls while low, were not awful stats.

hopefully with npc quests / reputation you can lock in certain stats for crafting or something... totally not worth it atm

Personally I only craft cobalt gambesons because my fighter looks good on blue, except that its just a shitty way to gamble time/money
