SLC Built Jeeps Mobility Ride: This week Scott & Tonya Huntsman are joining SLC Built Jeeps on their Mobility Ride which includes a sunset run up to the Radio Towers in Israel Canyon just outside of Saratoga Springs. This is a great ride that is close to home and offers some outstanding views. This particular ride is done in an effort to help those with mobility challenges who can’t necessarily get out and hike to these areas and as a community bring these folks out to enjoy the day on our beautiful public lands.

Lake Blanche Hiking: Will Oxley is taking you up into the Wasatch Mountains as he takes his hiking trips to new elevations traversing the challenging trail of Lake Blanche. This trail is considered moderately challenging as even though it’s only 7 miles round trip you will definitely feel the gain in elevation as this trail takes you over 2800 feet. It’s a great spot for overnight backpacking and camping and offers some of the best views of any trail in the Salt Lake area.

Hobble Creek to Daniels Summit Halloween Ride: Skyller and Heather Dykstra are having a little Halloween fun of their own as they are taking their Dirty Adventure crew out for a fun-filled evening on the trail. Complete with a night ride and a fun adventure, this ride also featured a costume contest and prizes at the top of the peak. While it is sad to see our Mountain trails close up for the season, that just means plenty of desert riding ahead.
