I have not seen any other YouTube channel disclosing the facts without fear. Every end-user/investor have the right to know the critical information which could impact their buying decision. Developer will obviously hide such kind of information and the channel partner who sell the unit either do not know or they also hide the information. I immediately subscribed your channel when I watched this video, although posting this comment a little late. End users spend their hard earned money and probably take huge loans to buy their home. Smart World was a chaotic affair since launch and most of the concerns regarding high density, affordable size rooms and balcony sizes sold as luxury, etc. were apparent since beginning. A

I feel sad for immature buyers who appear to be well versed with logic of compounding, investments, etc. but fail to evaluate basics of any unit during purchase and visit.

In true sense, GGN needs both responsible Channel partners as well as SMART buyers.

Glad that I watched this video. Today only, one channel partner who is propoganding in all his videos, post that Gurgaon real-estate market as "ABHI LELO VARNA KUCH NAHI MILEGA" was pitching me 1 unit of resale at 13000 rate.

Really its very difficult to trust anybody these days. On one side there are people who are putting everything they have saved till now and ready to take up the loan for which they most likely would be paying EMI for next 15-20 years of there life and on the other hand there are such people and companies who are just cheating and fooling people without any second thought.

If RERA approval has obtained, and aftrwards some discrepancies are found, then one can complain to RERA for refund of amount for the facilities not provided.

I think youre content is differnt and useful for end users and investors. Till date i have not found a video on how someone made huge returns from real estate over medium to ling term. If someone is in early 30s and has some capital to start how can he plan so that in 10 15 years he makes huge returns feom real estate.
