Please pray for me. Prayers all we need. My husband passed away years ago. I’m a single mother. I have two beautiful sons, both of my sons are autistic. I’m just overwhelmed at times. Heavenly Father I know you don’t give us no more than we can handle. But Lord have mercy on me. Since covid I can’t seem to get back on my feet. I was fired from my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my lupus and I also have a heart condition. I’m waitressing but not making nearly enough. Every month is a struggle not to end up on the streets with my children. I’m struggling putting groceries in my refrigerator. Struggling to pay rent. But, thankfully God has provided this far. I know and have faith he will continue. Faith over fear. We should praise God even in hard times. I love you Jesus! Thank you Heavenly Father.

God directs us and helps us but He also disciplines those who are His because He LOVES us. He will warn us if we are going the wrong direction (and we may already know), and if we continue to ignore Him, He will discipline us. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom and that is even more apparent for those who follow God. You will recognize His Voice and it is very important to follow His direction. We can repent and correct ourselves to stay on the path God wants for us and not be steered off course. The problem comes when we are tempted and don't listen to God and continue to go our own way, thinking and making excuses for ourselves. Pray, know the Lord, and then listen and do the Will of God.

Reading Paul's testimony here in 1 Corinthians 15:9 about him persecuting the church of God definitely confirms what God said many years before he was born and before he became born again following that Heavenly vision when he saw Jesus Christ on that road to Damascus about the enmity that God said He would put between the devil called Satan and between Adam's wife named Eve all the way back in Genesis 3:15. Of course one can sense that same enmity if they read what is written in the last book in the Bible called Revelation where Revelation chapter 12 speaks about the tempter becoming wroth with the woman that didn't get taken by the flood that he poured out of his mouth in it.
