UPDATE!!! PHASE 1 AND 2 VERSION 4.5 BANNERS, 4-STAR CHARACTERS - Genshin Impact

First of all, before we talk about the version 4.5 character banners, don't forget to claim the 300 Primogems codes from the version 4.5 special program livestream, because it will expire in a few hours.
During the livestream that was broadcast a few hours ago, the game developer made the official announcement regarding the Version 4.5 character banners, including the introduction of a new banner Chronicled Wish.
In this video, we will not be discussing the new banner as it was previously covered in the previous video, Instead, we will focus on the usual double banners in version 4.5.
so, as we already know from the livestream, Chiori and Arataki Itto will be in the first phase banners, while Kazuha and Neuvillette will be in the second phase banners.
However, the game developer has not yet announced the epitome invocation banners or the weapon banners and the 4-star characters that will be featured in the version 4.5 banners.
According to reliable sources, Xingqiu, Gorou, and Yun Jin are expected to be featured in the first phase of version 4.5 banners.
This information may be accurate, considering Xingqiu recently received a new outfit in the phase one of version 4.4, additionally, Gorou has only been featured in Arataki Itto's banner so far.
Lastly, Yun Jin has not been featured in a character banner for a long time, with her last appearance in the first phase of version 3.7 banners.
and for the 4-star characters in the second phase of version 4.5 banners, we currently don't have any information about it, however, given that the main event of version 4.5 will take place in the Mondstadt region.
Razor and Mika highly likely will be featured in the second phase banners, Additionally, it is likely that Layla will be the third 4-star character featured in the second phase.
These characters have not been included in the character banner for quite some time, It is only logical to assume that these characters are highly likely to be featured in the upcoming banners.
Lastly, regarding the epitome invocation banners, in the first phase highly likely will be Uraku Misugiri Sword, Redhorn Stonethresher Claymore, The Bell Claymore, The Alley Flash Sword, Dragon's Bane Polearm, Alley Hunter Bo, and Favonius Codex Catalyst.
and for the epitome invocation banner in the second phase highly likely will be Freedom-Sworn Sword, Tome of the Eternal Flow Catalyst, Favonius Greatsword Claymore, The Flute Sword, Favonius Lance Polearm, Favonius Warbo, and Wine and Song Catalyst.

oh yeah neuvilette is a phenomenal character whose damage is unparalleled. have him at C1 gonna go for C2 and hopefully I can also finally get kazuha. I’ve wanted him since 2.8 but i’ve lost the 50/50 to qiqi every single time.

Neuvilette + Kazuha with the worst possible 4* Characters/weapons.
At this point, Hoyo is laughing at us.
I'm kinda relieved becouse I really want both Lyney and Lynette cons so it would be great to have both on the same banner, so I really hope Lynette is not featured in 4.5

For the second patch, i was thinking :

Layla
heizou / Lynette
Razor / ( MAYBE ) Mika


Layla wasnt seen since 4.6. She has the priority, she NEEDS a rerun, and it shouidnt be past 4.6. At most she will rerun în 4.6, but i dont think that will be the case, and for neuvilette wich, work well with shields and freeze (to hit more easily ennemies and not get interupted) AND for his passive (need 3 chatacters from diffrent elements ) Layla is more likely to rerun î 4.5

I was thinking Lynette becausr there will be her hangout. But... Kaehua, with kazuha, heizou was there since his release most of the time. AND arleccino is supposed to come back next patch (with MAYBE freminet, and lyney in that patch, the whole familly will be there) and... well Heizou, his last rerun was 3.7, with kazhua. While lynnet it was pretty recent. Heizou is more likely

As for Mika and Razor, both of them appeared in 3.8 (if not mistaken ) and both of them are from mondstadt, BUT

On a side, eula is coming back in the third banner, so she IS there. Since there will be TWO cryo characters, maybe will it incite poeple to pull for his C1. And, you have ALSO to take in the fact that, in the near futur before 4.8, maybe there wont be a chance to rerun him before hitting that limit, and since there will be eula here, it might be the chance to rerun him ( i dint know how much the third banner affect the original one )


On the ither hand, if we take that the third banner doesnt affect the original one, Razor is more likely to rerun, there will be THREE elements, i saw a leak (sorry i couldnt see well the live ) that razor will be there. But... it often happened that characters that were on the event didnt appear (because priority is to characters that didnt get a rerun for since the patch before ( 3.X, 4.X ect...) to niche characters with their 5*, to characters who took too long to rerun, and to character who have regular apparition [ Bennett appear every 1/3 patches. Barbara in AVERAGE of 1/4 patches, Yunjin usually with normal attack character BUT also in X.4 updates, and qince she didnt, it more likely for her to rerun in 4.5 !] )

And mika is in that areea of :

-Didnt get a rerun in the whole patch

-Is a niche character for eula (but we dont know how the third banner affect the original )

-Might not have a chance to get a rerun before 4.8


So, its tricky with razor and mika, but the rest like Layla and Heizou are more certain

this is so hard, i want kazuha but gorou is the only 4star i don't have (plus i want c6 yunjin and i already have her c5). not to mention i really really really really want arlecchino in 4.6!
i already got c1 nahida and c1 raiden in these last two reruns accidentally (won 50/50s) cos i wanted 4stars, i don't want to get chiori/itto and further my chances of losing 50/50 to other 5stars.

omg wait gorou first phase? im guessing the news wont change but i think ill have to attempt to get him because i really want him plus having another geo character will help alot with puzzles, i want kazuha but i am not waiting until another itto rerun to get him, and i dont have yun jin so i wont be mad if i got her
