Esse novo formato de SLA ficou péssimo! Poderia continuar utilizando o método de trigger e não de etiqueta. Isto tem gerado um trabalho enorme de manutenção, sem ainda ter certeza que estará funcionando, necessitando ir e voltar várias vezes até que se possa ajustar os SLAs.

Thank you for the great explanation,
I need your help to fix the below concern.
How do we change the SLA week start day? it's not allowed to get SLA reports on custom weekdays. like Monday to Sunday instead Sunday to Saturday.

This tags system sucks. Great way to sell support. That is the only explanation of way to make that change. Permit the old way (by triggers) alongside that new solution.

I am using zabbix in my comany. I have 5 different zabbix servers for oracle data monitoring, Infra monitoring and APM (Yes APM). as an 30 years It administrator I can say this is the only Bad change in 6.0. tree structure is best solution for Service tree but this new structure is very bad.
