How to Install GTA 5 PC LSPDFR Mod Like GTA 4 LCPDFR

What is in LSPDFR right now is Pursuits, Callouts, Arresting and Transporting, and Traffic Stops, Police Backup, and Interactions.
Three pursuit-based callouts are available in the first version of LSPDFR, namely:
- Pursuit in progress
- Grand Theft Auto
- Pursuit of armed suspects

The following are required to run the LCPDFR Modification:
• A genuine, working Microsoft Windows (PC) platform copy of Grand Theft Auto V.
• The RAGE Plugin Hook for GTA V, and its dependencies (all of which are included).
• Version 4.5 of Microsoft’s .Net Framework

MANUAL INSTALLATION
The manual installation is designed so that its contents can be copied into the root GTA V directory as is, without the need to copy separate files to certain places.
More information regarding the manual installation process is provided within the compressed (.zip) archive.

If you're having trouble starting RAGE Plugin Hook here's a list of things you should try before posting a new thread.
MAKE SURE YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
Kill Fraps.
Right click all .exe and .dll files that comes with RAGE Plugin Hook, click Properties, then click the Unblock button.
Uninstall any other mods that comes with .dll or .exe files (All, or one by one, to identify which one is causing a conflict).

This should trigger an update when you start the launcher.
If that doesn't work, go get the patch yourself directly from here:

You did a mistake there, if you wanna COMPLETELY load the plugin, you have to press F4 and type loadplugin "LSPD First Response.dll" in the console. This will also open the interiors of the Sheriff Station in Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores, aswell as upgrading the AI of NPCs, so they don't freak out as soon as gunshots are fired etc.

Got everything to work except the little arrest icon does not show up. It says Rage is running inside the game. Any help?

Hey everyone! If your game crashes or gets an error replace the files in the main GTA V folder and it should work. It worked for me so please don't get mad if it didn't work! ;)

The Rage plugins loads but when i stand infront of a police station at the marked symbol nothing happens... i can't press E

It keeps saying that the RAGE Plugin Hook crashed and doesn't show the police stations on the map.

Ehm, the rage hook command prompt doesn't appear when i press F4. But the mod works fine.
Any suggestions? :/

I am entirely frustrated by this. I believe I have done everything he has done. All the folders are in the right place, I did the changing from read only and Rageplugin runs as administrator. The game starts with the rage plugin but I do not have the markers for the police station and cannot run the mod. What is going on? :/

I know it's me because I haven't been able to make any other mods work either =/

ok i found the exe file and got the plug in working with it but am still not seeing the  police emblems in game or cant go on duty am not sure what step i missed
the only thing i can think about is when you said something about running something with winrare am not sure i spelled that right but i followed everything exactly as you said i dont know what could be going on ????

how do you install the speed meter... so if your just chillen you can see peoples speed and if they stole the vehical... also any scripts that work too?

Fatal (something with version)
I have newest version of mod and newest version of game. I don't understand... I've got netframework 4.5 newest versions of script hook files and everything newest. Can u help me?
I fix it but now it crash...
