Hey Reese had a question about the new MIB3 you may be able to answer. When software updates are available will the owner be able to download and install or will it require a trip to the dealer? I am wondering because the mib3 in my GLI has a small issue with the performance gauges screen. (Sometimes crashes and need to reset head unit to get them back) There was an update available when I purchased the car but it didn’t seem to change anything. Wondering if we can maybe expect another one soon?

Bluetooth audio set on medium on this car. Yet, it's blocked to be changed. How to get to this setting?I have 22 cross sport and my set is quiet..and I can't get to this. I can't raise the volume more than 60% ...I can hear only mids and highs going louder.but not bass. And that setting is key I'm sure

The volume stops going up after halfway. Just not loud enough. Is there a way to increase volume? Under settings i see Bluetooth audio is set to quiet but won't allow me to change it

The radio in my 2021.5 Atlas SEL Premium R-Line has frozen 5 times in the first month. Have you heard of this issue? Do you have a fix for this issue. It’s rather frustrating.
