War Thunder's Worst Autocannon

One of the least talked about tanks added with the new WT update is the Japanese CTWV RCV squadron vehicle. This is a wheeled IFV / Scout with an elevating sight and 30mm Bushmaster cannon. Unfortunately, the 30mm Bushmaster is not very good in this game, and this is only made more evident with a lack of anti-tank missiles.

I BEG spookston, play the fiat 6614.

It has over 20mm of pen, can go faster then 3kmh, and can shoot over small piles of rubble without exposing itself

The sight also acts a a defence mechanism against predatory MBTs. It uses it to make itself look bigger and more threatening than it actually is.

You know which autocannon DOESN'T suck? The 20mm on the Sd.Kfz. 140/1, which can now fire infinitely when on a capture point.

I will say this with every video with the CTWV I’ve watched, but they really should’ve enabled the commanders sight to its full height of 8+ meters. It makes it really unique and gives it a reason for people to grind it. Also it’s funny. And for those saying it makes it unbalanced(somehow) it’s literally a giant beacon that just states “I am right here”.

You really have to try this tank, its the FV4202 a british medium tank that is very modern for its br because its an early prototype of the chieftain, it uses the 20 pounder gun which is pretty good and its really fun (day 27)

Day 18 of telling spookston to play the IT1. its a ATGM launcher on the t62 chassis, it has decent-ish mobility, the turret is squished. You can hide behind cover and shoot ATGM over the cover like a gremlin and you overpressure tanks (tho it can be rare, but it does happen without you realizing) and its MG is really werid. Also it has a cool reload animation.
