Just hook realease. Reach up and turn peep with fingers. Anyone who doesn't know this. Doesn't need in the woods.

Throw it away get a trad bow, shoot instinctive, problem solved

Peeps are not the answer. Use a nose button and nothing else. It is just as accurate as any peep and you can shoot at dark.
