There is a Lebanese store near me that bakes their own pita bread in store every day. Whenever I go there, I grab a bunch and use them to make wraps. If they last too long and get a bit stale, I make pizzas.

I made mine with basil pesto sauce and some grilled chicken on top with cheese and bell peppers. It was so good.
