Sooo there is no dimmed pointy down jellyfish...but it's on low beam headlights unless I push it forward????

An off duty emergency officer got out of his car behind me at a red and knocked on my window tellin me to use my tail lights. I felt like an idiot not knowing how as he continued to follow me home for a little while. Thank god he turned off after a few minutes Lol
