Thank-you for making this, mostly because it makes me feel less alone in my similar experience. I experienced heart failure due to an antibiotic toxicity and it took about 7 doctors to finally figure that out. I was put on more and more stronger antibiotics that I didn't need until finally one doctor figured it was nitrofurantoin toxicity which though rare is well studied so it shocking that it took 7 doctors to clue into it. I even suspected it myself but trusted the doctors. I suffered for along time and it was a long recovery, and don't feel I have got back to my previous baseline. I have had previous reactions to meds that were similar too, so you think that would have been a red flag, but I was also ignored with those issues too until they got very bad. Medications scare me and I don't trust doctors anymore.
