Fascism is basically a form of dictatorship that's governed with the help of people's anger. It imposes some kind of societal molds to fit in and forces others into various forms of discrimination and into being subject to said anger. Its etymology comes from the Latin "fascio", bundle of sticks (meaning basically mob mentality, as a _group of beating sticks_) but can also mean "sickle", to raze whatever grows taller (than the societal molds can allow).
The people's anger is also usually directed outwards, vehemently rejecting immigration and embracing expansionism through war (the biggest example being Nazi Germany, which conquered countries to "expand its vital space") as a way of channeling it away to not destroy the country from the inside.
Because of this warrior-conqueror mindset, Shondo would face discrimination for her witchlike behavior (opposing the dominant patriarcal abuse culture), her sickly and frail body and neuroatypicality (fascistic utilitarianism deems such people a burden to the state), and _especially_ her asexuality (because a constantly warring state constantly needs to breed soldiers). Fascism is completely antinomic to everything the Struggle for Alterity strives for, hence making it an existential threat to humanity as a whole, as it will definitely stop its growth and embrace devolution into post-apocalyptic barbarism, hatred and extinction as the planet's resources will dwindle and not suffice to guarantee stability to a worldwide dictatorship.

I'm not actually sure Hitler would qualify as a fascist. Fascism and Nazism were certainly similar in both ideology and how they were applied, but they are not synonymous or interchangable like they're often used nowadays.
