Hi, Atif, I have been following your tutorial's you are a really great teacher .

There are two things you haven't shown us which are critical

(1) How does one change the position of the contact when a new message is received from the bottom to top of the recyclerview or when chatting.

(2) how to show a notification count badge on top of the contact when the message is received and how to remove it after the message has been read.

Can you maybe add chat timestamps so when you send a message the chat timestamp gets updated for both users... Reason being is so you can query chats by timestamps or so
