I picked this up when it released at a now defunct record store in Falls Church, VA. I had a bit of a time getting my head around the sound/style as I was expecting something similar to their previous offerings. However... I love the evolved direction the band took. ;)

THIS is one of the best sounding recordings I've ever heard. Ever.
I don't know if this is attributable to the engineer, the master(er), the mixer...a combination of all personnel?
