The scissor trigger is a good one, what I haven't seen anyone do is using old scissors to cut fabric that's rolled out on a table. The way they would in an old haberdashery. The scissor sound, the cutting sound and the sound of the drag of the scissor across the counter top is just so good!!!

We have a pair for cilantro! They don’t work the greatest because the herbs get stuck in between the blades. We prefer the pizza cutter :)
