Hello!
I'm trying Linux Mint via a Live ISO Flash Pen (8GB).
But, 1º: the keyboard is set to English and I need one for Portuguese. But when I tried to change the keyboard language by selecting "Portugal", it wouldn't accept it and just continued with English.
2º: When I tried to do "updates", it came to a point where it stopped, saying that I had no more space. How is that possible on an 8 GB PEN?
3º: Despite having the PC connected to the net via an Ethernet cable, the connection was interrupted a few times.

Can you give me any tips on what might be going on? Is it normal not to be able to update a Live ISO or change the keyboard language?
Do these functions only work if you actually have Linux Mint installed on your PC? I'd like to try Linux first before installing it, to see what kind of problems I might encounter.

Is updating the kernel of any Linux Mint and updating the version of this Linux Mint the same thing?

The terminal method isn't equivalent, the update manager manages other types of packages like flatpacks that apt won't upgrade.
