Very well done Colaz your first attempt was brilliant and everyone was excited to try it. Love how climer to in the pot for the burnt rice that's the sweetest part I love it myself. Pelau as we Caribbean's call it we cook it every week it's once of Mt favourite dish. We cook it with chicken turkey neck pigtail saltbeef together or individually. Proud of you all blessed love.

I from Trinidad and tobago when you cook the pigeon you need to keep the water from the peas don't throw it away you throwing the strength from the peas you Can brown the chicken a little more but every thing was ok you all did well

Yes Colaz big up yourself, the pelau look good 😋😋👍 pelau is a Caribbean dish well except maybe Jamaica but most of the islands cook that dish . Every Islanders have their little different twist here and there but we all call it pelau, it's not a trini thing only had to point that out. You guys can make anything look good, it looks delish 😋 .Eeh sah take u time, bless up me bredda every time.
