A1- Environment Day is celebrated on 5th June because on this day in 1972, the Stockholm Conference took place, which resulted in the creation of UNEP and was the first platform to talk about environment on a global scale.
A2- 16th September is the World Ozone Day because it was on this day the Montreal Protocol was signed in 1987.

World Hindi Day is declared by the United Nations (I think) and is celebrated on 10th March.
National Hindi Day is celebrated on 14th September and is organized by the Government of India under its obligations delineated in Article 351.

2. World ozone day is celebrated on 16th sep because on this day a global agreement signed to phrase out the consumption and production of substances that deplete ozone layer.
3. National hindi day is celebrated because Hindi is adopted as official language in 1949 and world hindi day is celebrated because first world hindi conference held on this date.
