If you're on windows and get 'ENOENT' error when running 'npm install connect', create the npm appdata directory yourself with:

'mkdir %AppData%/npm'

then run the install command again. :)

If you are not working in intellij and you are getting an error that says "package.json" is missing. Write "npm init" to create one.
