Damn you're good. All i've noticed is a crap ton of cats in the cafe and that shelf remains broken for the rest of the movie. Oh, and during the microbots building timelapse, Hiro plays with his cat for one frame, and many more funny things.

Also, one of the items you can see in Fred's room is a baby cybug from Wreck It Ralph without its final textures. It looks kind of greenish instead of black like in the movie.

There is also a reference to the Avenger. If you've already watched the movie, try to remember at almost the end of it. When the guys are at the restuarant or sth, the TV guy raised a question about the unknown heroes and their location. Yep, it's a Marvel movie.

You missed a big one in Fred's room he has a full replica of the heroes duty armor.

Fred's bedroom contains a red and a blue pillow on his bed. These pillows are Leroy and Stitch.

The "tangled directors" Easter egg is actually (I believe) Sam and Dean from Supernatural. Also, there is a third person behind the other paper and that could possibly be Castiel based on the side-wave-slicked hair. Also there's no mentioned "third director" to back up your theory.

I really don't think that Fred's costume is actually a reference to Tuff nutt dragon in HTTYD as Dreamworks is Disney's number one competitor...
They really don't look the same in their design.

When they're looking through Fred's comics, GoGo reads out "Baron..von..Destruc-....". Pretty sure it's referencing Baron von Strucker (full name Baron Wolfgang von Strucker) who was in CA: The Winter Soldier and is gonna be one of the villains in Age of Ultron. Big Hero 6 is a Marvel property after all
